Learning outcomes

Upon completion of this educational activity, participants will be able to:

  • Integrate strategic decision‑making, resource prioritization, AI‑enabled operations, organizational resilience, and adaptive leadership to guide enterprises through uncertainty.
  • Strengthen the pediatric workforce by redesigning care models, improving productivity, enhancing culture and safety, and developing long‑term readiness and leadership pathways.

Continuing education details

As an accredited provider of continuing education (CE), Children’s Hospital Association has a conflict-of-interest policy that requires everyone in a position to control the content of an education activity to disclose all relevant financial relationships with any ineligible company.

Any potential conflicts are mitigated so that presentations are evidence-based and scientifically balanced. No conflict of interest exists for any CE presenter/author or planning committee member related to the content of this educational activity.

In support of improving patient care, Children’s Hospital Association is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the health care team.

For Physicians: Children’s Hospital Association designates this live activity for a maximum of 9.50 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

For Nurses: Children’s Hospital Association designates this activity for a maximum of 9.50 ANCC contact hours.

For Pharmacists: Children’s Hospital Association designates this continuing education activity for a maximum of 9.5 contact hours.

Criteria for completion

Criteria for successful completion of this educational activity includes confirmation of individual session(s) attendance and completion of program evaluation. A link to the online Verification of Attendance and Evaluation Survey will be emailed to participants. 

To receive a certificate of completion, attendees must be registered for the activity and complete the survey no later than Wednesday, Nov. 11. Certificates will be emailed to participants. Pharmacists may obtain a CPE Credit Certificate from the NAPB e-Profile.

ACHE Qualified Education

By attending the Annual Leadership Conference offered by Children’s Hospital Association participants may earn up to 9.50 ACHE Qualified Education Hours toward initial certification or recertification of the Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executive (FACHE) designation. *Includes keynote presentations.
